What TenorSpace was SUPPOSED to be about
I adopted the domain name to further my interest in classical vocal history, technique, and performance practice.
Unfortunately, political realities intervened and I have found myself expostulating extensively on the Madness of Crowds, as expressed in the degeneration of the United States to the level of the Athenian state as it turned democracy like a gun on itself and disintegrated, to be picked apart by less-confused tyrants surrounding it.
Nevertheless, life goes on while society falters, and I am still interested in principles of healthy and efficient voice production.
I will publish my chronology of what I call the Jean De Reszke school of vocal production, although it started earlier and was better-understood and more full-elaborated later.
I’ll save that for a succeeding post.
